Personal data is not subject to disclosure or transfer to third parties, except in cases directly provided by the legislation of Ukraine.

The Company and the website Owner take reasonable technical security measures, but are not responsible for Internet connection failures, third-party actions, or unauthorized interferences (cyberattacks) that lead to data leakage or loss.
